Dark Chocolate Orange Mousse

Has it been a while since we’ve had dessert? How is that even possible? No worries y’all, I’m still eating dessert on the regular, but apparently I am eating it too quick to write about, so lets fix that. We will return to the sweeter side of life with this super easy mousse (which, by the way, why didn’t you guys tell me mousse was so easy to make?).

On top of being easy, this dessert happens to be one of my favorite flavor combinations.. dark chocolate and orange, c’mon, we can’t go wrong here. Just look…

Told ya. So the whole thing takes maybe 7 minutes to put together, the key here is advanced planning as these will have to set up for 4 hours+ in the refrigerator to be ready. But if you think about it, that really makes it a prefect dessert to serve to guests because you can have it totally prepared and just waiting to impress in the fridge. And trust me when I say this is an impressive dessert worthy of guests, but easy enough to make on a Tuesday if you’re just craving something sweet.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

I'm not going to lie, this meal takes a little time to make this since you have to flatten the chicken and stuff and wrap it but, I promise it is worth it. When you are pounding the chicken it is easier (and cleaner) if you place saran wrap over the top of the chicken...
