~ 2 cups shredded cheese (like Trader Joe’ Quattro Formaggio)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF or according to your pizza crust’s instructions.
Drizzle garlic olive oil over pizza crust and brush to lightly and evenly coat crust.
Chop artichokes hearts and roasted red peppers (I do not use the whole jar of either), top crust with chopped veggies then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Place in preheated oven and cook until cheese is melted and golden brown, ~15 minutes.
When ready, remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
