White Chocolate Macadamia cookies are definatly a classic; while I didn’t appreciate them as a child, I certainly do as an adult. This recipe balances the sweet and nutty flavor without being overwhelming, and it’s an easy way to change up the routine chocolate chip cookie. They come together very quickly, and they are sure to be gobbled up just as fast. Enjoy 🙂
